Just try to remove any newly installed games, images kept on phone etc to your PC or to memory card. Once some files are moved, the phone will work normally. you need also to delete from trash

How to restart nokia 2626

Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;} This is what happens.nokia 2626 hangs, gets switched off and restarts randomly. More often, it restarts around 3 times or so and then gets switched off.
Possible Causes and Solutions Cause 1 - Phone Memory Full - nokia 2626 mobile phone has got 9MB of internal memory.
Solution - Keep the free space between 350 to 500 KB, so as to keep things running smoothly on your phone and prevent nokia 2626 from restarting.
Cause 2 - Changing Themes - Some people have reported that the phone restarts automatically when they try changing display themes on the phone.
Solution - Don’t get your phone loaded with too many themes downloaded from the internet or atleast, don’t switch themes frequently. These themes, mind you, also load up things into your already falling nokia 2626 phone memory.
Cause 3 - Memory Cards - Some people have reported that nokia 2626 restarts due to some issues with the memory card.
Solution - Remove the card, get it formatted and then insert it back and then restore factory settings. This just might solve the issue.
Cause 4 - Transferring data via Blueooth / USB data cable (or) Updating Music Library - A few people have reported that their nokia 2626 mobile phone restarts when updating the music library.
Solution - Don’t try updating of music library frequently or don’t often transfer data in/out of your nokia 2626 phone.
Cause 5 - MP3 files
Solution - This may seem dumb, but consider converting all your MP3 music files to WMA and then store them on the memory card. Some users suggested this

Good luck

Set mp3 song as ringtone

the message that u see every time is about the phone's memory and  not memory card's . so try reducing the data in the "my files "folder by coping  or moving it to  memory card.   >>> your phone(e 1410 copies  the desired ring tone first to phone . The ring tone can't be set via memory card.

P1i full phone memory

Solution Description:

  1. Log on to: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/p1i?cc=hk&lc=en
  2. Download and install Update Service on your computer to keep the software in your phone up-to-date and ensure optimum performance from your phone.
  3. When the download is complete, an Update Service shortcut will be created on your desktop.
  4. While still connected to the Internet, click the ‘Update Service’ shortcut icon on your desktop
  5. Sony Ericsson window will pop up and downloading will begin. Allow the downloading to run complete to 100%
  6. Another Sony Ericsson window showing different countries’ languages will pop up, select your preferred language.
  7. Sony Ericsson ‘Welcome to Update Service’ window will pop up, showing ‘Exit’ on the left-hand side and ‘Start’ on the right-hand side.
  8. Click the ‘Start’ icon and select ‘Agree’ on the ‘Term of Use’ page that pops up
  9. Select your phone type and click on ‘Continue’
  10. Highlight your specific phone type and select ‘Continue’
  11. Follow the instructions as shown below:
- Make sure your phone is fully charged
- Connect the USB cable to a USB port on your computer
- Turn off your phone
- Remove and reinsert the battery
- Press and hold the ‘C’ button down while plugging the USB cable to the computer
- Continue to hold the ‘C’ button down until the instruction number ‘7’ on the Update Service comes up (i.e. Instructing you to ‘Release the ‘C’ button)
  1. Allow the update to run to the end
  2. When the system informs you that the latest update has already been installed on your system, click on ‘Continue Anyway’
  3. Click ‘Yes’ to all subsequent questions
  4. Allow the update to fully run to the end
  5. When update is complete, disconnect the USB from the computer and phone
  6. Remove and reinsert the phone battery
  7. Power on your Sony Ericsson P1i phone
  8. Congratulation!!!

NB: since the phone is not powering on, you may not be able to know whether the battery is fully charged. Hence, you will need to use a Sony Ericsson Deskstand. Connect the Battery Charger to its slot on the Deskstand and the USB cable to its slot simultaneously. This enables the battery to charge while the update is also running.
