My Polaroid HDTV, the screen turned blue i heard it was the capacitors but im not shure the model # is TLA-04841C and serial FR7B0215560001737 if you know whats wrong would you help me.

This is a very common issue with that model. There are filter capacitors on the power supply board that fail and keep the back light power section from starting up correctly so you get no picture on the screen. The FLX-1910 uses the same power supply board of the Polaroid TLA-01911, below is a link to information showing how to repair this power supply board.
That is a common indication of a failure in the power supply board filter capacitors. When the filter capacitors go out the voltages coming from the power supply fluctuate and cause all sorts of picture and power up problems. That model is actually made by Funai and is the same as the Polaroid TLA-01911c TV. As others have stated your problem is most likely caused by bad capacitors on the power supply board. This power supply board is the 200-000-xxxxtltx and is the same board used in the Polaroid TLA-01911 TVs. Here is a repair guide that shows what capacitors to look for and replace on this board to rebuild it. This is much less than buying a new board even if you could find one for sale.
The white screen and nothing else usually indicates a failure of the filter capacitors in the power supply board. When these capacitors go out the voltages are not correct so the TV can not power up right. You can rebuild the power board by replacing the bad capacitors and this should bring the TV back to life. Check the powersupply/inverter board for bad capacitors. Also check the CCFL bulbs in the top and bottom for poor solder connection - replace if necessary.
