LGU990 used with LG PC suite III on windows 7 connects and then disconects. Have also tryed with PC Suite II and connects OK but canot use Internet connection. I am using my U990 as a modem and it is fine on my old PC with windows XP but on new one with windows 7 I have the above problems. I have installed the latest USB driver for it as well but still wont connect. HELP

How update my lg gd510 software?

Hello thanks for using Fixya

To upgrade your phone's software Follow these easy Steps :

Connect the phone to the computer through the USB Wire.
Select 'PC Suite' on your phone and it should automatically open LG PC Suite III.
After this you wait a couple of minutes (about 3-5) to properly load it.
Let it look for updates for you LG PC Suite and for your LG phone.
Click on Tool and then *Phone Upgrade*(on the PC Suite)
Wait something like 5mins before its comes up with a small message saying something like "New Update Available" or like that "Proceed the update".For further help i am giving you link to download the manual & also PC suite link.

Hello.
Welcome to Fixya.

To upgrade your phone's software you can follow these easy Steps :

Connect the phone to the computer through the USB Wire.
select 'PC Suite' on your phone and it should automatically open LG PC Suite III.(if you haven't got LG PC Suite III - then it SHOULD download it for you automatically, also i provided you with the link to download it below.)

click on -> Tool and then *Phone Upgrade*(on the PC Suite).
Optional :If you want to update your LG PC Suite then you click on -> Help and then *Update*.
