I have a Bosch tankless propane water heater 125fx. Yes, I know it's ****, we replaced the igniter switch last year. Then struggled with ordering parts to repair a water leak. During the leak, it was dripping enough water that the fan would start and the igniter switch would keep clicking, but, because there was no water actually on, it didn't light...so we had to power the whole unit off when we weren't using the hot water. So now the leak is fixed, BUT the problem is that the fan won't stop blowing when you turn it back on - and thus the igniter won't trigger if the fan is already on. Just can't get the fan to NOT come on when the power is turned back on! So we still don't have hot water. my guess is that the fan needs to be reset or something?? Please help!

I have the same machine first they said replace the micro switch i did then rebuild the water valve did not enough gas presure had it checked revented the unit the unit is brandnew relubed the water valve idk
Likely causes are low water pressure, dirty inlet filter, dirty screen on faucet. If this does not correct the issue, contact Bosch for instructions on adjusting the micro-switch. You will need a very small screwdriver when you call.
Sounds like hard water. Service the water valve. Parts are available from your local Bosch Service Provider (Contact Bosch if you don't know who the service provider is).
The tankless water heaters require larger gas supply lines because of the on-demand consumption. While I don't know your units rating, most Propane Tankless Waterheaters require 2" supply lines. Moreover, pressure is directly related to temperature which sounds like your problem entirely; consider the run of the gas pipe from the tank and the ambient temperature. Now you see why plumbing is a hard profession to fake... =)
