From this little bit of info it sounds like the carburetor float needle seat is leaking and is filling the cylinder with fuel. A good cleaning and rebuild of the carburetor will probably resolve the problem and is where I would start if it was in my shop.

Are you tech savvy?...I can give you some voltages to test if you're able to do that, if you aren't then you have 2 choices, take it somewhere to be serviced but expect to pay between 75 and 100 dollars an hr for tech time plus parts or replace the set with a new one.
On the back of the the mp3 player is a reset switch. Hold that down about 15 seconds. If that does not work go to the RCA website. Download the latest firmware. Plug mp3 player into pc. Install the new firmware. Keep it plug to computer for about 1 hour to charge the battery alittle.
Just leave it until the battery runs out and it turns off by itself. Then plug it in and charge it. Once it's charged, turn it off. Then wait at least an hour before turning it back on.
my ipod wont turn off or nothing i tried downloading music like i always do and my ipod shows that picture of the plug and it says under it "ok to disconnect" it wont turn off or nothing
