Set up a wired controller
Step 1: Install the Xbox 360 controller for Windows software
Use the installation CD that came with your Xbox 360 controller for Windows before you connect the controller for Windows to your computer:

Step 2: Connect the controller to your computer
After you install the software, plug your Xbox 360 wired controller's USB connector into a USB 2.0 port on your computer.
Step 3: Test the controller
To test your Xbox 360 wired controller on your computer, follow these steps:

1. On your computer, click Start, type Run, type joy.cpl, and then press ENTER.
2. Select Xbox 360 Controller, and then click Properties.
3. Test your Xbox 360 wired controller by pressing a button, pulling a trigger, or moving a stick on the controller. If the controller is functioning correctly, you will see the corresponding action light up in the application. If the application does not recognize your controller, see Troubleshoot your Xbox 360 controller for Windows.

Original Xbox network has been shutdown to give server space to 360 network. You can still have a network, but non official, there's programs for that. Then you connect the Xbox to the computer with the program and you should be able to play with other people that also have the program, something like that.

If you receive this error message when you install or run the SKY Player program, try to wait for approximately one minute. Then, install or run the program.

Disconnect all cables from the Xbox 360 and remove the faceplate from the front of the console. Lift the plastic tabs on the outer shell and remove the plastic casing from the machine. Unscrew the Torx size 7 screws and lift open the metal cover. Unplug both the power and SATA cables from the rear of the DVD drive and lift it out of the console. Replace it with the new DVD drive, and connect the power cable to the unit. Connect your SATA cable to the DVD drive and a free SATA port on your computer.Turn on your computer and open a web browser. Download JungleFlasher and run the program. As of September 2010, JungleFlasher is the most stable and up-to-date flashing program for Xbox 360, and it is also the only program capable of flashing Xbox 360 drives from within Windows (earlier programs used MS-DOS). Click "Flash .BIN to DVD" in the program's main menu and select your Xbox 360's DVD drive. The program will flash the new DVD drive for use with your Xbox 360 console.Turn off the computer once the flashing process is complete and disconnect your SATA cable from the DVD drive and your PC. Reconnect the Xbox 360 SATA cable to the new DVD drive, then close the metal cover on the console. Rescrew the Torx size 7 screws and replace the outer plastic shell on the Xbox 360. Return the faceplate to its original position then reconnect all external cables and accessories to the console. Power on the Xbox 360 and the replacement DVD drive will function normally.

Sounds like you are looking for the "Family Timer" feature of the Xbox 360.
go to My Xbox, open System Settings, and selectFamily Settings, Console Controls.

ok here u go man, first off u need this program FlashFXP, then download it and install it, then start it with ur xbox and pc hooled up to a ROUTER the program will ask a question u select accecpt, then got to ur settings and u will need to turn passive mode OFF, just check threw all the options, i checked to see if my passive mode had any effect didnt seem too but it does make adifference when u first start. ok so the program is running, you will see a lighting symbol on the right section click that and chose quick connect, no if you havent changed your ip on the xbox to auto it should ne like this

IN SERVER OR URL PUT THIS; 198.168.0.2 yours maybe different so plz check your xbox info to see its ip,
then u have to type in a name and password, xbox and xbox are the username and password,

then on the left column u will see your stuff simply drag and drop the items you want to the correct area in your xbox MAINLY E. and also make the file isnt to long as FLASHfxp wont transfer those files with too big of a name

did u program it to your 360? if not there is a button on teh top of the controller and on the xbox. they both are a circle button with "radio waves" comming off of them. press both to program it. good luck

that's probably because it's a cheaper version of an Xbox controller there isn't really any way to program it you can only really be done with an Xbox 360 controller sorry...

You don't need a mod chip, all you need is Windows Media Center. Just download an emulater, put it in this category (just for Windows XP) C:Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Media Center\Media Center Programs\, download some ROMS, Open up media center on your xbox, go to Online Media, more programs, click your emulater, DONE!
