You can remove your side cover,and unplug everything from your power supply. then if you plug in your computer and the light still flashes it's your power supply. If not it's something that it is powering. Most likely it's your motherboard. I had this happen to me when there was a power surge/ outage and my computer wasn't even on.
The "green light flashing to the chirping" circuit may be defective.
Not a basic diagnosis--service literature and/or knowledge of each green light circuit will be needed.Possible shop repair.

These lights on the machine either mean standby or BIOS signaling.
The light at the back could be a wireless adapter?
