Well if its printing fine than it should print the right colors. Because either it should print the colors or it should not.
The kind of issue that you have explained most likely shows that the cartridge is dried or does not have the colours that you mentioned. However when you say that you have replaced the cartridges twice, it may also be an issue with the printer head.
You may try some steps mentioned below or else you may have to get the printer checked.
Firstly,
check if the tape on the top of the ink cartridge is removed. Remove it
if not, otherwise the air can't goes into the ink cartridges properly
so the ink can't flow to the print head properly.
If the problem still exists, then follow the below steps.
This
will be happened when you stop printing colors for a long time or after
printing a lots of papers, because the colors printer head is blocked
by the dust or dried ink.
The
problem can be solved by doing "Printer Head cleaing" process (Some
time the process need to be done several times) through following steps
(There is some difference among different printers).
(1) Go to "Control Panel" and find the printer icon.
(2) Right click the printer icon and then left click "Property".
(3) Click "Maintenance" on "Property" Screen.
(4) Click "Head cleaning" button (Similar like this for different printers).
(5) Click 'Start" to do the process.
(6) Do "Nozzle Check" in "Maintenance" and print the results after the "Head Cleaning" process.
(7) If the performance is improved but still not good enough, then do the process again until all colors printed out properly.
I hope this will do the trick for you. keep me updated.
Thanks
Sammy
