How do you use a samsung u600 usb cable toupload pictures from your phone onto the computer?

Try connecting directly to the computer its self not through a hub/keyboard/monitor. If that does not work try downloading the software from Samsung first.

You can get USB leads from most mobile phone shops but the cheapest and often easiest solution is...ebay.com
Just type in U600 USB cable and be astounded at how many are available.

On your phone, go to SETTINGS, then PHONE SETTINGS, then USB SETTINGS. Choose MASS STORAGE option from list. Plug in to computer via usb cable. Your computer should detect the phone and install drivers if they are not already installed. On your computer go to 'my computer' and the phone should be listed as 'removable disk (F:)' or another letter. You can then open this disk and view and copy the files on your phone.

Connect with usb cable to your laptop and use any of the photo editing softwares available; like windows photo gallery to import your pictures to your pc. Make sure the pc recognised the camera device before starting the application.

Turn on your phone, connect to your pc, open windows explorer, locate your phone (usualy the last 'removable disk'), navigate to the location on your phone where the photo's are stored (usualy on the memory card), select, copy, navigate to your pc and the location where you want them to go, paste.

Copy them via the 'files' menu to the sd card.
Connect the phone to the computer and choose "mass storage device" when asked.
Then the phone will show up as a removeable drive and you can work with everything on the phone just like a flash drive... also a much faster way to move mp3 file to the phone.

Well if you have a memory card in your phone, you can put it into the adaptor and put that into your PC (if it has the memory card holes).
Other than that, you should have had a cable when you bought the phone which you plug into the same bit as you put your charger, and the other end into a USB socket.
Then go to My computer, and it'll be in one of the drives. (or you can download the Samsung software to view pics on).
The other alternative, is to get a bluetooth adapter for your PC and send them via bluetooth.

You need to load the Samsung PC Suite on to the computer first and then synchronise the phone and computer. I've backed up all my videos and photos this way. Just be careful if you synchronise your contacts as you may end up with your contacts listed twice!
