I am looking for the 'start magnet' part for an Olymus Sport, Odyssey treadmill. The treadmill is about 5 years old. Can you supply one or refer me to someone who can? Regards Paul Davies

I can only hope that your problem has been resolved, since this post is 6 years old. I just had this same issue on my treadmill. Push start, stop and enter at the same time, while holding them down put the safety magnet in plase. This will put the treadmill into engineering mode. In the owners manual it says to use speed +- button to go to "Lube Reset", but that wasn't an option on my treadmill so I used the odometer reset and the "Lube" light went off.
Yes, EKS uses a magnet in the safety key for their treadmills. You may be able to find replacement magnet at your local hardware store. A dab of glue and you're all set. There are also a numerous online retailers that will sell a replacement EKS safety key. A google search will reveal a number of options.
You may want to take off you head board and check all the connection. this is not hard to do. Also when you in there check you cable connection. can you do this?
