DSC-H9 flash doesn't work

You can buy a flash unit for your camera from E-Bay listed under camera parts for your make & model but this may not be the cause of your problem. you really need to have it checked before you start buying parts that you may not need.

Dear Sir, I have SONY DSC W-55 series camera. Whenever I turn on the camera its lens tries to adjust and always displays a message for turning off and turn on again.

This is usually caused by impact damge to the lens barrel or sand/grit ingress.Quik turn on the camera let the lens try to adjust. Then remove the power with the lens extended as far as it will go. Hold the camera up and check if the front of the lens is exactly parallel with the camera housing. If it is skew you can try gently pulling on the inner barrel which(If your lucky) will pop back into the correct cam.

Turn the power off and on again message

Hi,

Error: TURN THE POWER OFF AND ON AGAIN is displayed on the LCD screen when the Lens Mechanism is stuck or when affected by any malfunction. If turning the power on and off again does not resolve the error message, try doing a power reset and Initialize option.

Performing a manual power reset

Turn off the camera.

Remove the battery pack.

Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

Allow the camera to remain without power for 60 seconds.

Reinsert the battery pack.

Turn on the camera.

To reset the Camera back to factory default, select the INITIALIZE Option from the Main Settigs 1 Menu of the Camera to OK.This will set the user defined settings back to factory default. The images and videos will not get deleted.

If the issue persists, service may be required.

When I turn on my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W35 the screen is dark with the word "Access" on it, moments later it tells me to power it off adn on again, any ideas?

Its lens error in your DSC-W35 camera.
Lens mechanism is either stuck or not retract completely and system control sense this error. Please replace lens assembly to get it fixed because lens mechanism is not repairable.
Thanks.

Digital Camera Fault

ACCESS error could happen when lens gets stuck but if it happens when lens moves back and forth without problem it usually means that where the lens assembly plugs into main system board connection is loose. These connections are held in place by a very small thin fragile plastic clip and a few drops could be enough to snap it but not do any other noticeable damage to camera. Camera would need to be opened to see if clip is broken or maybe cable just needs to me reinserted. Either way only open camera if no longer under warranty and you are somewhat handy

Camera error

The problem is the internal focus lens is either stuck, or knocked out of alignment. The lens will need to be serviced, or replaced with a new (not cost effective), or good used lens assembly.
