Good day,
The ice maker speed of production is determined by the freezer temperature. If the freezer temperature is warmer than normal then the cycle thermostat in the ice maker will take longer to reset for the next harvest, causing low ice production.
More important, the condenser fan motor running too slowly can cause the compressor to run overheated and cause serious and expensive damage.
If in your opinion, it is running too slow, the issue should be addressed as soon as possible.

My ice maker doesn't make enough ice cubes

Is the ice maker itself filling normally, meaning where the cubes are made gets enough water to cover the complete area or just a few slots? If not then check the fill tube where the water comes into the ice maker to make sure no ice has formed blocking the water from coming in.
Now if ice production in general has slowed, going from every 45 minutes or so to like every 6 hours, then your machine more than likely isn't getting cold enough. The ice maker requires the temperature be at least 10 degrees F or below for it to function properly.

Ice Maker will not release the frozen ice cubes from tray

The icemaker use an avaporator system with an heatinc coil and a fan to release cubes.

In your case either the heating coil or the fan in the icemaker must be replaced.

Ice maker will not push out ice cubes once frozer

That means that the evaporator fan system that releases the the ice cubes is not working as it should.

The heater, or evaporator fan and heating system must be checked, and fan, or solenoid, or element must be replaced.

Use the number listed on the owner manual if you want to call a technician.

Enter model number on this website to find schematics and replacement parts.
