Hello - unplugging my unit for several hours yielded no results. Can you offer any other suggestion to remedy the problem. The VCR will turn on only long enough to accept a cassette. Thanks.
The mechanism is not "shutting" when power is applied. This step is necessary for the unit to operate. Would suggest a complete belt replacement and cleaning....accordianman
