I have a front loader that has stoped working its like its frozen all buttons light up but i cant move dial and cant press start, is there a reset button, ive turned it off and on at power point but no good please help.
If you have a face icon lit up the child lock is on, press and hold spin and rinse buttons until it goes off
Try to unplug the washer if that doesn't work, it have to be the electronic timer.

Same here. Done the unpluging and repluging (left for about 10mins). And to add, the machine will automatically switch off after 10 mins - nothing wrong with timer then?
Same deal, powers on, everything lights up but dial and buttons do not work, have to power off at the plug, cos power button is one of the buttons that doesnt work. Model is J845.
Just the same as above....if it is the timer, how can you fix it?
