You don't need any drivers as windows sees it as soon as the usb is plugged in. .
it not unusual for these mice to flake out and stutter and refuse to be seen wireless.
mine died a horrible death right in the middle of a kill.

I have logitech Y-RK49 keyboard & mouse combo... were as i need the drivers for it for the win 7 operating system.... do help on this topic

This device uses the native drivers when used with Microsoft 7.

This product originally shipped with either iTouch or MouseWare, which are not compatible with Win7. I strongly recommend to uninstall iTouch and/or MouseWare if you have them installed. After iTouch and MouseWare are uninstalled, the basic functionality of your devices will be provided by the Windows native driver.

CE0682 logitech mouse

"Normal" batteries are 1.5 Volts per "Cell" However Ni-Cads, rechargeables, each "Cell" is only 1.2 Volts. So the rechargeables simply may not work... If they do work, then there is NO reason why not.

It stopped working, I replaced batteries and still doesn't work

One of two things are happening. The mouse has gone bad, or one of it's driver files is corrupt. Optional:(Run your anti-virus program on the drive containing the mouse drive).

Unistall the Logitech Mouseware by using the Add or Remove Programs in the Control panel. Plug in your mouse via the PS2 and reboot. When back up, windows should use the default PS2 driver. If it works, or if not, go ahead and re-install you mouse, but do not install all the other junk Logitech wants you to install.

You may even consider downloading the updated driver from Logitech for the new install.

How to unlock

Logitech mouseware must be installed for this to work.

Go to the mouse properties and select the drag lock button and set it to "Unassign" in Logitech -> Mouseware -> Mouse Properties.
Click the "Buttons" tab.
Scroll down to button "4" and select. Click Modify button and select "Unassigned" And Click "OK" Button, Click "Apply" button. The lock icon will go away and never come back.

This mouse does not require a driver. It works with the innate Vista driver. This product originally shipped with either iTouch or MouseWare, which are not compatible with Vista. I strongly recommend to uninstall iTouch and/or MouseWare prior to migrating to Windows Vista. After iTouch and MouseWare are uninstalled, the basic functionality of your devices will be provided by the Windows native driver.

Same problem been getting worse. Figured out that the mouseware driver is outdated and not compatible with win xp. Use logitech's setpoint for mx518 or uninstall mouseware. Now no more freezes
