My panasonic kx-t7730 proprietory phone does not power on

It depends what telephone system the KX-T7730 is connected to. You should have a Panasonic box that says 'KX-TA624', 'KX-TEA308, 'KX-TES824' or similar somewhere.
Depending which Telephone System you have, it may just need programming or it may need an additional card (circuit board) installing. Panasonic KX TEA TES Telephone Systems Tiny Telecom

The KX-T7730 does not have a battery. It's powered by the PBX system; this is normal for corded phones. Hi this is normally a programmable control, operating only when the power is ON,...so try to disconnect the power and operate it

or else, reprogram it by using the manual...
