My delstar is doing the same thing. It got a brand new Energizer bunny AAA It wont do nothing but say starting. It seems like everyone is having the same problem which sounds like a manufacturing defect. maybe Delstar should look out an give me my 30 cash back. Probally not going to happen so maybe u can help. I would be very Thank you.

If it only gets as far as starting, the unit’s firmware is corrupt.
Firmware updates are not usually recommended.
I’d contact Delstar for the correct firmware.

itunes is not compatible with these type of players try "emusic.com/delstar" itunes are not mp3s. I believe they use there own format.

throw the thing out and buy something a little more durable and that actually works

try turning the mp3 player off then plugging it in it might work

if the mp3 shows zzz's it is waiting on you to copy something into it. :-)
