There are two things involved; its either the display flex is bad or the screen itself is bad.
Give it to a technician to confirm which is faulty and do a replacement.
When you get your phone fixed, be very mindful while opening and closing the phone, because the flex that connects the screen to the phone's main board gets weaker in the process.
Switch off and on your phone, if screen is in same mode , then there will be problem with your display....Take to service centre.... and service it...it will work...
Let me know feedback..
Thank you...
if you are using a new katana you can either memorize or write down teh button sequence to navigate to the bluetooth settings that need to be changed for the data transfer to occur. thats what i had to do with mine after i ran it over with a snow plow. phone still works just no display... and its in two pieces. it took about an hour to get it all right, but it should work.
Get in touch with the retailer straight away, and have them fix it under warranty. That is why they give yoyu a warranty, so taht if anything DOESgo wrong, they can fix it for you.
Yes- take the device to a Sprint store (thats who you actually talked to) and ask them to upgrade the software on your phone. This is a known issue and your firmware needs to be updated.
probably too late but he first thing to don in that sit. is rinse the phone in a 75/25 solution of alcohol and water. then open up as you did and let it dry. if you can see water on the display screen your probably out of luck but keep it warm and dry for a few days and see what happens.
This is phone's software problem. It comes when u pulled out battery in on phone's position. You can give it to repair to any skilled technician or to company customer support. They will put it right. This is not a big problem. If u found this a step towards solving your problem, do vote here.
