Panasonic Palmcorder PV-43 turns off with a tape inside

Hi. I have an old Palmcorder PV-43. When I turn it on without a tape, it keeps on, but when I insert a tape, it seems it will work but, a few seconds later, the tape stops and the camcorder turns off. Can anyone please help me?

The problem here is condensation inside the camera. I leave the camera turned off, remove the cassette tape and then point a hair drier on warm or low heat and slow speed right into the innards of the camera through the open cassette tape door. I run the hair dryer for 5 minutes and then replace the cassette. If the camera still dosen't work just wait for another 5 or 10 minutes and then it will work OK.

hai, If you are service engineer you can do this problem, Please, check the cassette IN sensing Switch. The place of the Switch is right side of the mechanism, Clean S/w with IPA solution & check. It will be ok or other wise you have replace s/w or mechanism.
