In order to print CD/DVD directly, you must use Canon Easy Phot Print & put your disc on the Disc Tray and then insert to the printer. Then enjoy with the amazing printing
um it is a mechanical problem i had one about a year ago and it did the same thing still work tho and i would suggest that buying the next one up is i good idea because i still have that one and no probs.

This might have something to do with canon's absurd print cartridge limitation agreement.... where the print cartridge will only print for a certain limit and then locks
