You cannot download Microsoft Word separately. You have to download it as a part of Microsoft Office 2003.Once you download Office 2003 you may choose to install only Word 2003 in Custom Installation option.

• Visit the website listed in the Resources section titled "Download Microsoft Office 2003."or

Click the "Download" button on the Brothersoft Office 2003 download page.

• Press "Download." This will allow you to freely download the Microsoft Office 2003 60-day trial or

Click either the "Server 1" or "Server 2" link to download the installation file. A dialog box will appear.

• Click the "Save" button and save the installation file to the hard drive. or

Press "Save As" when the download begins. Choose a location to save the file to. Press "OK" to begin the download. The download should complete in less than 15 minutes on a broadband connection. Dial-up connections may take up to 1.5 hours

• Double-click the installation file to install the free trial. A wizard will take you through the installation. or

InstructionsTo install this download:

1. Ensure your system is up to date by installing all High-Priority/Required updates on Microsoft Update (required for Microsoft Office XP and 2003 users).


2. After installing all High-Priority/Required updates with Microsoft Update, download the Compatibility Pack by clicking the Download button above and saving the file to your hard disk.


3. Double-click the FileFormatConverters.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.


4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

To remove this download:

1. On the Windows Start menu, click Control Panel.


2. Select Add/Remove Programs.


3. In the list of currently installed programs, select Compatibility Pack for the 2007 Office system and then click Remove or Add/Remove. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program.
