Hi,

For the E007.

Did you put back the green jam release lever when you replaced the film.
or did you add a printer kit.

For the E007 check if the new film is rotating in the same speed as the presure roller, check if you mounted the film sensor corectly, and if the sensor is reading the corect end of the film ( it schould be the one whit a white square on it).

The fixing film sensor is faulty.
R: - Check the connector of the fixing film sensor.
- Replace the fixing film sensor.
- Replace the DC controller PCB.

if you are not a tech you should call for one to replace the faulty part.

You need a new fusing film unit or a new fusing unit
