camille_mrad, Sorry , but your 920LM may have problem with it's high voltage "inverter" circuit that "lights up" it's 2 "cold-cathode-fluorescent-lamps" (upper one) that provide "white light" so you can see what is on the screen. Eventually it may fail completely, and you will have a "black-screen-of death" condition, common to ALL BRANDS of monitors. If you will read and follow the "links" you find in the FIXYA PROFILES of "budmrtn" "buddymc" "12fixlouie" you will be in a much better position to make the decision on what to do about your monitor's problem. Your unit may only need $6 in capacitors to be replaced on the power supply board, or an even cheaper fix by simply resoldering a "thermally-fractuerd" solder joint that has been caused by "thermal-stress" over the past 3 years of use. If someone opens your unit for inspection/evaluation, make sure they tell you the BRAND NAME of the "electrolytic filter capacitors" they find on the power supply board and report back here with information so all other owners will know what to look for! Do your research on web first!!! Then come back to fixya and do comment or testimonial to this response. Bye for now. 12fixlouie
