This is electronic shutter problem that is the reason you get blinder effect/ noise on picture. Electronic shutter is located in lens mechanism and lens assembly will be replaced to solve the issue. Nearest Samsung service center or local camera repair shop will help you to replace lens assembly.
Thanks.

What it sounds like you got here is a issue with the CCD Sensor, Now sometimes the CCD will show on the output viewfinder and sometimes after its been captured. You might want to have it looked at by a local camera shop to confirm my ideas.

Laptop image is opposite when you capture images

Hi,

Look at the settings of your camera Application and look for Mirror Image and put a check on it to get the exact image captured instead of having the image as the opposite when taking pictures or recording a video.

If not Mirro Image there should be an option for flip image horozontal and flip vertical, you just need to put a check on the Flip horizontal image or Mirro Image this depends on the Brand and the application as well of the Laptop this should correct the camera settings.

Most laptop cameras are now using a different format and needs to be set up on the application to get the mirror image of the snap shot or recorder video as what you are expecting.

I hope this helps.

Hi, I seem to have a problem with my Finepix Z1 digital camera. When I take a shot it seems to work ok, and the initial review image seems fine as well. But when I go back and review the image on the...

The clue is with the video.
The video function does not use the shutter. Lines on photo's or over exposure is due to the shutter not closing completely over the lens when you take a picture.
It will require cleaning which means opening up your camera and accessing the lens unit

Horizontal lines on the screen after the picture is taken

Remove the Battery from the Camera then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Then, reinsert the Battery pack and turn on the Camera and reset it to the original factory settings by selecting the "Initialize" option under Setup1.

If the issue persists then service will be required.

Sony Cyber-Shot weird lines, dosent like bright light

It is a bad ccd it need to be replaced some time you can get lucky by resetting the camera in the setup menu. When you take a picture the image is transmitted throught the ccd and translates the image to the cameras memory. It can be fixed. Or you can upgraded. Some places might offer a trade in value on your camera even if it is broke.

Why does the camera take so long to take a picture?

You may be pressing the shutter all the way down at once. This forces the camera to focus, make exposure adjustments, and capture the image all at once. By pressing the shutter button partially to focus, then the rest of the way to capture the image, your camera can process pictures more quickly. You can turn on quick shot mode to take pictures quickly.
