My D101GGC motherboard has an extreme framerate problem anytime it's on a LAN game. It's much slower than my older AMD system. Here's what I have in this machine. Intel Pentium D 820 2.8GHz (800MHz FSB). 2X1GB Patriot PC3200 DDR SDRAM (400MHz). XFX GeForce 7600GT PCIE Graphics card. Gigabit NIC (PCI). Intel Deskstar 40GB HDD.
A Speed test of the NIC indicates a 5Mbps download and 2Mbps upload, just as fast as my FIOS is rated.
May be your driver is old
goto intel site and search for D101ggc in download center and download the lan driver
after you have installed the driver
open the properties of my computer and in hardware tab
open device manager
then go to realtek lan and see it's propeties. In the advances tab , keep different values for different paramenters and check the best fps output for each change in parameters
parameters may be like full auto negotiation ...
Intel D101ggc are third party designed mobos .Performance drops severely during graphics processing and all these boards do not provide 100 mbps transfer rates thru the NIC port .Using a better add-on NIC from 3com etc., might improve this .
