Once the Software supplied with your phone is installed it should pick up your phone immediately.

If it doesn't , try re-installing the software. Also make sure that your USB port on your PC is in working order.

Does your pc detect the camera?
You should be able to browse into the phone and copy the images if the phone shows up in your computer.

    In the phone tools, you should use the multimedia studio and then the image studio



    you should also be able to use the file transfer studio incase the image studio somehow doesnt work.

    basicly use the image studio, select the images and then press the save to pc button to get them into your computer.

thats easy..try MOBILE PHONE TOOLS its a powerful program used to transfer files file via pc to mobile or vice versa..
NOTE:when you connect your phone to your pc,it ask for a driver. you should locate motorola usb modem manually on the software and proceed with instalation..its a huge program about 300 mb sorry cant send...i can send you the driver but how?

HI,
I BOUGTH A DATA CABLE FOR MOTOROLA RAZR V3M OVER EBAY BUT THE DRIVER/UTILITY CD WAS NOT INCLUDED, NOW I'M TRYING TO DOWNLOAD SOME STUFF INTO MY RAZR AND PC WILL NOT RECOGNIZE IT. WHERE CAN I FIND THE DRIVER TO DOWNLOAD OVER THE WEB?
XP box won't see the phone when connected via the USB cable. The phone charges when connected. Have swapped several times the USB port to see if connectivity was good. It was.

You need to buy bluetooth for PC or USB cable for mobile-PC!!!
And you need PC SUITE for your mobile model.
And you will easily transfer data, pictures, music everything!!!

Can transfer pictures from my Razr v3 to my computer and visa versa
Your razor phone will connect to your pc with updated software from motorola Don't worry it is free. after you download the software run the program then connect your phone with the phone powered off, then turn on your phones power, it takes a minuet for the phone to connect to the program then your computer should recognize the phone. Motorola V3m
You need motorola phonetools to do this. it is a computer program on CD sold by carriers and motorola for around 20 bucks i think. It allows you to take pictures off the phone, put pictures and ringtones on it and even edit the phonebook and contacts. It is very useful and is worth the money. I make my own ringtones and walpaper with it so i dont have to buy them from my carrier. As long as the cable you have connects from the phone to the PC, you can use that cable. They sell the disk with or without the cable.
