My wireless logitech MX3200 keyboard has swapped the SHIFT+2 function with the SHIFT+' button. The @ symbol types as ". What would cause the function swap please? I've checked the drivers and logitech website to no avail. I've taken advice of typing buttons with batteries out to see if that works and alas it has not. I have also noticed that the sounds to warn caps lock/Num Lock is on/off has also stopped working.

go to logitech support, download setpoint software and follow instructions on setting secure connection. i just did it with mine and keyboard got fixed. your symptoms should be that the qwerty keys dont work but the multimedia, clock and function keys are working. the setpoint software will take care of that.
Yes, I have a solution. Throw the bugger away! This has been the biggest piece of garbage I have ever bought. It has loads of unecessary features like using the buttons for other things. I am sick of it asking me if I want to assign an action to a key. I want a bog standard wireless keyboard. Yes, I'll assign an action alright. I'll throw it through the bloody window!!!!!!
i have the same wireless keyboard. i suggest that u redothe setup process and setup the mouse first. if the problem persist then move the wireless scanner.
