U need to contact your service provider and give them ur details and your phone number, and they should give u a PUK number free of charge. this is note the unlocking number, this is just ur sim puk number. when u enter pin wrongly 3 times, the sim gets blocked and a puk number is required to unblock the sim card.

hi, If you attempt to enter wrong PIN code more than 3 times, then your pin code will be blocked and you need to enter PUK code to unlock it.
You can get your PUK code by calling to your mobile operator's customer care.
In you attempt to enter wrong PUK code for many times, then your whole SIM card will be blocked and you cannot unlock it. Getting a duplicate SIM card is the only solution if your SIM card is blocked.
