Silent Headset My headset doesn't make any of the beeping noises it's supposed to when you power it on or off. It doesn't make any noise when there's an incoming call. I can hear people fine when I'm on the phone but none of the tones seem to play...

If your headset is 6 or more months old, it could be the rechargeable battery is due for replacement. The power supply or battery is the one thing that can cause all sorts of odd symptoms. I read your post and put a known bad battery into one of my 3 Blueparrott B250-xt headsets and did just as you described. If you would like to order a new battery for this headset, email me at [email protected]. They are $20 and shipping is free.
If the CS70 base has lights, to show that it is getting electrical
power, you may need to re-pair the headset to the base unit (the headset
will usually just beep when you press the button). Here is the link
for subscription or how to re-pair the headset and base.
If
the headset doesn't beep or anything when the button is pressed, and
the base has lights, it could be that the internal battery has worn out
and the headset needs to be replaced. The CS70 is an older model that
has been discontinued for a few years, however you can get the CS70N
replacement headset which will work on your base.
Press and hold the "PWR/Talk" key on the side of the headset until you hear a beeping noise indicating that the unit has turn on.if not then problem in your headset
I would suggest leaving it on and draining the battery. Once the
batter is completely dead, recharge it. This has helped similar problems
with the same headset.
seems the battery is defective and not charging correctly anymore. a local service might can replace battery. check costs before get it repaired, so you can decide worth or not.
i found the fix for it. u first must turn the headset off. then hold the power/talk (same button) for 5 seconds or until the headset makes a weird beeping noise not the same noise as powering on. the headset light will blink as the headset light is blinking have the phone discover the headset. it asks for a pin number the pin number is four zeros 0000. and thats it u are all set. i couldn't believe there is no place on the internet to tell u this i had to call lg corporate office.
