Its a very nice monitor, and it is fully compatable with any version of windows

Windows7

if your computer is 5 yrs or older it might not support windows 7 also you will need a minimum of 1 GB of RAM for 32 bit or 2GB of RAM for 64 bit to install windows 7

It's a dell monitor e2010h and it starts up then runs post op then it goes into a black screen and a cursor

That is the computer problem, try booting in safe mode to see it works OK, if it does, you can try uisng system restore to take it back the known working date before the problem start.

Hit F8 key while booting up if you use XP.

I can' get my Guide to good cooking to work on my new computer. I now have a HP windows 7 Home Premium. The cd is apparently for Windows 98, 2000, ME or XP. Do I need to get an updated version?

CD ROMS WILL NOT WORK ON MY WINDOWS7

Some computers have 2 CD Roms. If you have 2 Roms make sure both are empty before you put your CD in.

Nvidia geforce9400gt monitor problem

Usually the problem with windows 7. if you have 2cables connecting from youre monitor to the graphics card, unplug one of them, it worked for another guy
