Go to the start menu and then the (control panel) then go to the (administrative tools) then go to the (computer management) then to (device manager) and look for a device that has a ! inside of a yellow triangle over a device click it and then click what it brings up with the ! over it, and do (update driver) must have net to do and be net active ok, or you can get this software to try to fix it. type it in as you see it in you top browser bar and ya should find the right program ok good luck and have a nice day the fixist !!!
