Unhook the drain hose for the sink connection. Clean out port connection of the sink connection..
leave the hos off until you complete Air-Gap inspecion / cleaning (next)
On most installs there is an Air-Gap on the back of the kitchen sink.
Pull the outer shell cover straight up and off.
NOTE the inner nut and diverter cap installed position. (It only fits one way)
Unscrew the inner plastic nut
Remove diverter cap.
Use a flash light and wire coat hanger to clear any obstructions from the outlet. Place the end you removed from thge cink connection into a bucket and pour water into the hole where the diverter cap was. This will flush the drain portion of the Air-gap and outlet hole to the sink connection.
Next remove the dishwasher drain hose from the air gap connection. Place removed Hose in the bucket and secure it if you can not hold it.
Set diswasher to wash or cancel drain and let the residual water in the dishwasher pump into the bucket. (can make a mess if pump flow is strong.) Keep a rag in your hand. If you now have good flow... reconnect the dishwasher drain hose to the Air-Gap Connection and the Air Gap to sink connection to the sink connecton port. Task complete.
If you still have a problem after doing the above... Remove the drain hose from the dishwasher connection and check the dishwasher outlet port for obstructions. Remove any obstructions.
Ok now... if it is still not draining.. I need to confirm your model number because it is not crossing to any repair or parts data. You posted 665.16902400 is this correct? Let me know if your stil having problems. I think I can work around the model number issue but would prefer to have a good model number if you have to remove the lower wash arm and clean the sump area. (Last)
