Speed Queen Commercial Dryer model EE111OL (electric) got wet in recent flood, still spins but not getting heat. Is it the thermostat, sensor or igniter that is bad and needs replacement?

If this dryer was submerged any component that was in water needs to be replaced. NOT cleaned and reused. there could be water in he burner and any electrical or mechanical component that was in water will soon fail if it hasn't already. This is a safety issue. Please have this repaired as if your life depends on it as it may.

Dryer wont heat

The only thing left to check is the voltage at the heating coil. IF it is not present then the timer or relay is bad.

Clothes not drying, but dryer runs & heats
1. Defective operating thermostat---test thermostat,, replace if defective
2. Fan or it's pulley loose on shaft--tighten set screw
3. Incorrect heat or timer setting--reset timer
4. Clothes too wet when placed in dryer--wring clothes before putting them in dryer
5. clogged lint screen or duct ( little air motion)---clean

Dryer will not heat up Does run

It's probably the thermostats that are normally attatched to the element or it could be the element itself. They are nprmally placed in the rear of the appliance.

The thermostats will only cost a few pounds.
