Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.
You can find displays for fair price at :

There are three main reasons for it not to work: Dirty contacts (when an electric contact between the small speaker does not meet the electric circuit that controls and feeds it) in that case you have to clean those parts; Burned speaker ( the only way to fix it is to change it). Or a broken display connective ribbon (it's the ribbon that makes the connection from the phone's main board, to the display board, and the small speaker) the only way to fix that kind of thing is to change the ribbon. These 3 thing are to be solved at a service, rather than by yourself. The fourth reason (which is a secondary reason) is that the speaker is muted, from the phone's menu.. since it's Nokia, you might want to call anyone or answer a call and press the volume + button on the side of the phone or the left arrow key, around the main menu button.

Taking picture without getting noticed. Turn on/off the "click" sound made by the camera by selecting the 'Silent' profile or by turning warning tones on/off.
Hiding your Mobile/ Cellphone Number Go to: Menu > Tools > Settings > Call > Send My Caller ID > 'Yes', 'No' or 'Set By Network' to follow the default settings of your home network. It works only with very few network who provide you facility of “Private Number”

If you want to go this route, go into the display settings option and there should be a way to customize your screen saver banner. Just put his phone number into that area and then the number will show on the main screen when the phone is flipped open. Hope it helps!

Hey I found the solution :
1. When the headset is off, press and hold the multifunction key until the indicator light is continuously displayed.
2. Switch on your compatible phone.
3. Activate the Bluetooth feature on the phone, and set the phone to search for Bluetooth devices.
4. Select the headset from the list of found devices.
5. Enter the passcode 0000 to pair and connect the headset to your phone.
In some phones you may need to make the connection separately after pairing. You only need to pair the headset with your phone once.
If the pairing is successful, the indicator light starts to flash slowly, and the headset appears in the phone menu where you can view the currently paired Bluetooth devices.
Do you have a 6102 or a 6102i ?
If you have a 6102 then your phone isn't Bluetooth enabled, that means that you cant use your wireless headset.
Take it back to the retailer, kick his ass, and get your money back .. :)
If you have the 6102i, the consult your manual or download it here :
