I have HP laserjet 1018 printer and it makes noisy sound when it prints. But it prints fine though. What causes making this noise?

The noise is probably due to the print heads aligning and clicking. To try to make this noise a little quieter, clean and align the print heads.
Good luck!

Can't get word to print from c4280 but will print from the web

When you select 'Print' from MS Word, what printer is listed? Make sure it is the HP C4280 and make sure 'Print to File' is NOT checked.

Hp c4280 printer/print cartridges

Have you checked to make sure that you have the correct replacement cartridge?

In general if it simply will not go into position and you know you have the correct cartridge, then you need to take it back to where you bought it and request a replacement - because it is defective.
