The filter is underneath the machine,tilt it backwards look underneath and you will see a rubber pipe with a plastic inner with a clip on the end. Undo the clip and slide the filter out.
Fault code F02 meaning Motor jammed / tacho detached: check motor & module connections.. on the motor plug check that a wire hasn't become dislodged or broken...
the newer type motors have carbons tht are fixed in place you would need to remove the motor and on either side will be the carbons they need to be un-screwed to be replaced
