Toner explosion there is toner spilling out of the cartridge - inside the machine, down the front and on the rug. Sharp AR-207 copier

problem is your toner cartridge. inside of the toner cartridge have a toner roller it's didn't circling.or you are using duplicate toner powder.it's doesn't match with sharp ar 5520 developer. or your developer was expired.


first use original toner and try to make copies .i think your problem is solved.

Corrupt or dirty toner unit chip. Remove toner cartridge, if dirty, clean chip and it's receiver on rear of machine. relocate cartridge and reset code using service code # * C * 16 press start key.

When your copier toner cartridge sensor is blocked.then problem arise ut or bios battery is not configure program.
reset : # - interrupt - C -interrupt press 16 press start key.

You must be reset your copier.
press,# -interrupt-c-interrupt.
Press 16 press start key.Then machine is ready.

Open the right side door, open the front door, remove the toner cartridge and look inside. There should be a blue screw above the hole where the cartridge goes, loosen it and then remove the developer unit. At this point you can grab the black cover just to the right where the toner cartridge fits and pull out the drum unit.

Incorrect toner cartridge or has been refilled and gone past its life.
Replace toner

you have a problem with the chip on the toner cartridge
you have to reset this via simulation 16!
if it's a refilled one have the recycler do it and replace the chip
if it's an oem ask sharp

The CRUM chip is what tells the copier that the correct toner is installed. It is specific to the toner cartridge. If it is a new cartridge then it should have a new CRUM chip and there should be no problem. If it is a recharge it's possible that the chip was not changed or the wrong one was used.

CH code is usually associated with the Crum chip located on the back of the toner cartridge that gets 5 volts dc from the power supply and resets a counter on the main board to tell the copier approximatley how much toner you have when you insert an new toner. What may have happened, is the same 5 volts dc is shared with the laser unit and the when the laser goes bad it may cause the CH code just before it gives the E7-03 code for the laser due to the 5 volts being drawn down by the bad laser. If turning the machine off and back on with the new toner doesn't fix it then you either have a bad chip on the new toner or a bad LSU (laser Scanner unit)
