Your red crt is most likely shorted. What is your model number ? I may be able to help as I have a source for used CRTs

    Thats a DPTV 335 chassis the tube shouldnt be bad on that model. It may just need the blue and green CRT coolant changed which is causing the red tio be dominate. If you go to this link you can get the service manual emailed to you and they will provide free tech support to talk you through the coolant change. heres the link.

You don't, probably. Sorry, but this is a truth. These large projo's have become nearly extinct, and if you call a service man he might hang up on you. I won't work on them any more because parts are nearly unvailable as are solutions from the factory. It's old enough you'll do yourself a favor is you rid yourself of it and buy a newer flat screen TV.

Tv fell off about 3 feets or more?Yes,turn on the tv see if u getting any power to the unit?Might have broken main PCB board too.If unit still have power,check see if tv get statics screen have colors shaded in red or mutiples colors,mean the tv CRT(tv tube) yoke is dead and damages scrambles radiation.Or the tv getting power but have high pitch sqeeling noises or rattles noises,tv have the CRT-(tv tube) is crack by the neck or broken totally.CRT have damages problems or dead tv is worthless,beacause of CRT(tv tube) is dead,not fixable even that antena connector input is replaced.

How to get blue background in color tv?
This could be a defect in the degausing circuit, but to confirm, please supply the make and model and a mre detailed description of the colors on the screen. You can try unplugging the set for 10 minutes and then turn on the set. That may reset the circuit enough to confirm the problem. Please update this with the results of that experiment and we'll continue from there.

I have red lines up/down on my Vizio, how can I correct this?
Your sympton need to be more specific, but if what you see is 1 or more tiny lines running from top to bottom of screen (verticaly) and those lines change colors (red/green) depending on the background color on the screen, then your control board need to be replaced, you will need your TV model and product code, both located in the back of the TV next to serial number

This is Most likely a small crack in the screen the color is actually from the plasma it cant be fixed by yourself but i would reccomend checking the warranty or try taking it back

do you happen to have any speakers of any size within about 3 feet in any direction of the tv?? move them if so, I have large speakers about 5 feet from my tv at home and i still get some distortion once in a while with red and dark green streaks.
