The carriage on the HP Deskjet 3915 is stuck.

download driver at this link and install:

select operating system on site

did you use 39xx series driver? Torn on your PC, insert the CD Driver, plug the usb printer cable in, the PC should detect finding new hardware that is HP Deskjet 3915. When asked to install driver, chose install from CD. Follow the instruction and good luck

click "printers and faxes" right click and select "printing options" find and click "printing services"

You can go to the HP download site:

and (after selecting your OS) Download and install the software and drivers.
