You simply replace electrolit condensator / elco in the vertical, ranging from 1uf/50v, 100uf/35V, 220uf/50Volt, 1000uf/50volt. elco among those already damaged. because it had dried the liquid electrolyte. to know which part of the vertical, you can check the PCB board. there is usually an area of vertical writing. or known from the IC vertical (standing) stuck to the aluminum cooling plate / heat sink. Part code to elco, with the inscription C. for example C231 etc. Hopefully helpful.

You have a problem in the vertical section of tv, take your fist and hit the top of the tv, if it flickers or fills out you have loose solder joints which is common in that model, if not you need a tv repairman. not to expensive to repair normally
