there usually is a (something) where you can choose the language you prefer to use.
Since I can use my mother tounge - ICELANDIC- you should be able to find arabic in your phone

Have u tried the option of setting ur phone to unicode accept characters...refer user guide
(This will work, only if ur arabic lang font is based on unicode)
