Yes you can. First, down load a program called BlueStacks. This program will run almost any android app that you can down load.

Load down 'Microsoft's fix it centre', and run all their set of testing programs. Let their programs [and not yourself], do the problem fixing. Sometimes the latest loaded down program will interfere with other programs on your computer, did it do this straight away [if you had downloaded a program. My first advise would be get rid of all the junk on the hard-drive, download C-Cleaner, its marvellous.

You don't need any special software.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Windows Photo Gallery or Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Most photo cataloging programs will also recognize your camera if you choose to use the USB connection instead of a card reader.

Did you try contacting Fujifilm online support? This may be because you have not registered from the new computer to whatever program you are trying to connect. If your problem is about running the software already installed, why not consider using third-part software to download, and edit your photos. picasa for example.

You can buy the program from any of the computer stores or on line from Microsoft web site. OR You can down load the same from MS Office site by paying the necessary payment.
Please note that it is not free.
My sincere advice is to buy the program on CD then to down load it . There can be errors/corruptions while down loading where as with CD nothing can go wrong and it is available to you at later stage if anything goes wrong.

If you have a branded camera, do to the support site of the manufacturer and download the software and drivers.

If you can find a twain driver, your camera will work with most the picture/video software out there.

The driver is the main thing you need. There are a lot of video programs that you can use.

This message usually means a previous installation of a software is getting in the way of the new installation. It's kinda nutty that this would cause a problem, but we live in a nutty world. The fix is to download a free program from Microsoft that will totally and completely remove the old software. Then the new version can load unimpeded.

1. Download: Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup Utility
2. Choose Save file option in the popup dialogue box
3. A File by name Msicuu.exe will be downloaded on your system
4. Run the Msicuu.exe application. This will install the program.
5. Run the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility file you just loaded (Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up or C:\Program Files\Windows Installer Clean Up double click msicuu.exe
6. You will see window listing various applications.
7. Select the offending program, then click Remove. You'll see the warning box, select OK. The utility will remove all the parts of the program from your computer.
8. Restart your computer, then try loading the new version of the software.

Which Operating System are we using? When was the last time you were able to use he computer correctly? There must be some software which loads at start up and is creating issues. You might need to restore the system to the last known good configuration. good luck
