It seems there is a conflict within that software and your notebook remove it and see if that fixes this issue. Not quite sure as to what your trying to explain. You can also do a rollback as well read up on the compatibility issues that you may face downloading this software to use in a Notebook PC. If you un-install the software and this fixes the issue make sure your downloading the correct version of this software or any software you wish to to use with your notebook. It is obvious to me that Notebook worked fine "Right" before you installed this software. John

Check Device Manager to see if the wireless driver is installed, if not the download the wireless driver and install it on your HP laptop.

most of some notebook computer had only mic capturing, when you talk someone on voicechat, they heard you but you can't hear on your notebook built-i speaker. if you want to check., if your mic is ok...try to record voice....using sound recorder of Windows.

well there isn't much you can do so you will have to get it repaired try to repaire it for a cheap price cause they always rip you off goodluck:) & please rate my solution thanks...

Check and see if an updated video driver for your laptop exists. If so, updating it may solve your issue. Contact a tech person if you're not comfortable doing this.

The difference is battery life. So just buy whichever you can afford.
