The ice dispenser stopped working then full f/freezer stopped

If the temp in the 50/60 . To little info Freezer stop working. The first thing in Freezer side to melt is Ice Cream and Fish. 1st thing on freezer to check is the (Ice) Damper door closing all the way. Place a towel on floor and one when you get the ice. Get a 1/2 coffee cup of water pour in the shoot on top of the damper flapper if it hold water This is good. Close the door and remove the water by get ice. If the water pours out Not Good Replace the Damper assembly. It is letring in air and will freeze the evap up . 2nd there may be ice blocking the fan from turning. Bad sensor. Call Samsung get a tech out.

Make sure the wire guide that pulls up when ice is at full capacity is not accidentally pulled up. (this is above the ice bin in the freezer). Pull back down and should make ice.

There should be a plastice hinge cover on the left top hinge on freezer door. Take it off and press the plug together firmly. Try that and let me know, Sea Breeze

your water valve might be bad it locate behinde the fridg on the bottom you need to pool out the pip from it to see if it still leak..

sounds to me like you did not get the ice holder is not in right, I would remove it and install it again. maybe a few times if I had to. If your water dispenser is working your water supply is good. You may also have to wait a day to get it to work right the ice maker will not fill until the temp of the freezer gets down. Also make sure the full bin arm is down. hope this helps.

Ice will not force the hatch open.

If the ice bucket is over filling there may be a problem with the ice maker as this should stop making ice when the bucket is full. The ice in the bucket can freeze together just due to the weight of ice cubes . I suggest you check the ice within the bucket is all broken up and not frozen into big lumps

We had the same problem. When we removed the ice receptical the mechanism that turned the ice make was broken and it stopped the ice from being dispensed. I hope it is that simple for you!
