Please help! We just replaced the imaging unit on our machine, and immediately received the error code c-2251. The machine now will not receive faxes, copy or scan. Any suggestions on correcting this issue.
It's been a while since you posted that but you may just need to slide it back out and shake it back and forth (long ways) a few times. We had the same problem and the konica minolta tech told us to do that. It worked. DO NOT turn it upside down though.
