Our Keurig was given to us as a gift. I said...i love everything about it except it's so loud. Loud vibrating noise when brewing a cup of coffee and refilling the reservoir. I did not know that this is not normal until we gave two as gifts to our children and their Keurig is not loud. While visiting recently I made myself a cup of coffee and the machine was not loud at all. Why is mine so loud?

The Keurig machine is either clogged with coffee grounds or the air bladder needs to be replaced. Use the key tool under the tray to clean out machine. If this does not work you can have the machine repaird. I hope this works.
If you slide out the drip catcher tray and just remove it, the brewer works just fine. Granted, your mug is sitting a little further away from the spout, but it does take care of the metallic rattle.
1. We were told by Keurig to place the unit on a MOUSE PAD (like for computer) for vibration and noise reduction. I haven't tried this yet! 2. Also, You need to or have someone to check inside the bottom of the Coffee Maker, sounds like the water tube may have come loose that lets water to the maker.
We just had the loud noise and big vibration problem.
When my husband took the bottom of maker off, he found the water tubing disconnected on the unit. Once he repaired this part and plugged it back up, it WORKED and was quieter and everything worked properly. I pray this helps!
