I misplaced the CD and manual, I can not use my lifecam

Here is a new driver, try this one. Just go to this link and download then run.

You need to specify your operating system and language and can then download the driver and manual.

There is a possibility that it's the CD, try downloading teh software from this site:
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=ICE

In the first box, select 'Webcams', in teh second box select 'Life Cam VX-1000', in the third box select your operating system, and in the fourth box select your language. On the following screen there will be a link to download teh software, simply save it to your desktop, and when it finishes downloading, run it.
