We have lost the big white exhaust pipe and the window bracket that connect our Delonghi Penguino 160 portable air conditionner . where can we find them?

Have you tried under the stairs? I lost something similar.for about a.year.(for those interested: the cable for my Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones (premium but wired)). My boyfriend was digging around his mother's (please note the apostrophe and s) under stair cupboard and found the cable. I dont know how he recognised it or knew it was specifically mine.is a mystery. And, no, I've never been to his mother's place!!
