If you are knowledgeable about electricity and safe wiring practices. you could replace the glass lens with a couple of five inch square LED panel lights as described here:

The replacement motor is available from several sources online. The best way is to purchase the new motor assembly. All you need to do is remove the blower housing from the ceiling, there are three screws that hold the motor assembly in place. The whole job takes about five minutes. This model has been discontinued but replacement motor assemblies are available. There is no off the shelf model that will fit in the existing housing. If you do not want to replace the housing then the motor assembly is the way to go.

There is no replacement fan for that model that will fit in the existing housing. You can buy the replacement motor assembly.
