Please shutdown your device for 5 minutes, booot up and then check for yardage again. If this does not work, then you might look into the device manual (in troubleshooting) to check for an alternative approach to fixing this. Thank you.
Maybe the yardage indication is predicated on the screen size - on many units if you are way out in range, you get nada until you zoom in. Check that angle out.
Only a few things come into my mind. The battery is empty or the battery contacts are dirty or oxidised.
Try another (NEW) battery and if that does not help, check the battery contacts. Also the contacts in the battery compartment.
Only clean battery contacts with a dry cloth or cotton swabs. Never use anything sharp. If this does not work, just visit your dealer, of send it back. Should be in warranty time.
for this you will need to send the unit into their repair at 8500 marshall drive lenexa ks 66214 4-6 week turnaround and put your name address and telephone number inside the package. if there is a cost they will send an estimate.
The rangefinder is out of alignment. Vibration, dropping these units make small mirrors inside move slightly. Over time the receiver cannot see what the transmitter puts out. Bushnell can fix, 4-5 weeks w/o unit.
